2018- WAAS won the county competition. Varun Varadarajan took 1st as an individual. 2017- WAAS took 3rd in the county competition. Varun Varadarajan took 1st as an individual! WAAS took 5th in the regional competition.
2016- WAAS earned the 'Most Improved' award at the regional competition and placed 2nd out of twenty teams! Yasmin Azizi finished 4th and four competitors finished in the top twelve. Our team advanced to the state finals. 2016- WAAS took both 2nd and 3rd places in their first appearance at the county competition. Zane Dash finished 2nd in the competition individually and four competitors finished in the top ten.
Mathcounts State 2018
2015- Our team finished 5th place out of 21 schools in the regional competition and we had six competitors finish in the top twenty. 2014- We had a first place finisher, Anthony Caropolo, in the regional competition and we finished 4th as a team.
